Microsoft Create template landing pages

Owned and executed strategy to increase discoverability of Microsoft’s template library. Multi-disciplinary partnership launched 130+ pages generating millions of views

Microsoft's template library (templates.office.com) was largely invisible outside the app where you opened it. Microsoft Create was the relaunch vehicle — and my job was to make that library actually findable.

I owned both the strategy and execution: partnering with PM and analytics to prioritize pages by top user intents, establishing the information architecture (landing pages for broad categories, browse pages for specific types), and coordinating with design and an SEO agency on assets and keyword analysis. Without CMS funding, I managed the full workflow in Excel, ADO, and Teams — from intent mapping through copy writing, metadata, and engineering handoff.

I also pushed to go beyond Microsoft's core productivity audience — including templates for niche moments like Teacher Appreciation Day, and intentionally inclusive options for templates that have traditionally skewed toward one demographic.
