Learn & Grow blog editorial management
Launched and managed a blog aimed to drive discoverability and customer adoption of Microsoft Designer's generative AI features (and Microsoft's template library).
I built and ran the editorial operation for the Learn & Grow blog — pitching and editing content, managing a vendor writer, coordinating influencer partnerships, overseeing visual assets, and leading the publication schedule. I also partnered with engineering to build a custom CMS, then managed the full content migration when it launched, giving the team greater editorial independence.
Our audience of small business owners, content creators, and educators needed content that both built Microsoft's authority and converted readers into Designer customers. Every piece was tied to a Microsoft template, Designer feature, or AI prompt — and I advocated for topic landing pages to improve navigation and SEO discoverability.
