Technology is incomplete without the right words. I have a deep respect for how language shapes trust, clarity, and user confidence, and bring a collaborative mindset and strong editorial foundation to the table. As a content designer at Microsoft for more than 8 years, I worked with consumer and enterprise products ranging from Cortana to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, the Your Phone app, and most recently, Microsoft Designer. In my work, I strive to always do right by the people behind the screen while balancing business and product constraints. Whether it's creating a clear user flow in a cross-device experience, setting clear expectations of customer permissions and data controls, or supporting new feature launches with lifecycle messaging, users deserve clear and consistent communication.

I’m a Seattle area native, University of Washington alumni, and avid gardener. Outside of work, you can catch me making bouquets for my flower stand, enjoying a book outside on a sunny day, or playing a cozy game with my husband and cats.
